CPM devices are used to help people move their joints without the need of exerting too much effort. This is important to avoid further complications in the affected areas to promote faster and healthier rehabilitation
SHOULDER CPM
The Shoulder CPM Device provides Complete range of movements, composed of 5 complementary and anatomical movements covering most of the shoulder pathologies: Abduction / Adduction – Aduction/Adduction with synchronized rotation Shoulder Rotation – Shoulder Flexion / Extension – Horizontal Abduction.
Horizontal Abduction.
Indications
- Rotator cuff repair
- Manipulation of frozen shoulder or open release or debridement for adhesive capsulitis
- Total shoulder replacement
- Hemi shoulder replacement or resurfacing
- Stabilized proximal humeral fractures
- Decompression for impingement syndrome
Features & Benefits
- Easy-to-use hand control for storing treatment data on memory chip card. This ensures greater patient compliance and simplifies patient programming
- Fully synchronized motors allow treatment parameter to be customized to meet patient’s specific therapy protocols
- Ergonomic healthy and fully adjustable chair
- Shoulder CPM has been shown in studies to provide safe PROM following Rotator Cuff Repair
ROM Specs
- Adduction/Abduction: 0-30-175°
- Internal/External Rotation: 90-0-90°
- Flexion/Elevation: 0-30-175°

KNEE CPM
The easiest to use and most intuitive knee CPM device on the market. Very simple controls for the patient and therapist. Simple click button stop/go handheld switch. The simple analog controls allow adjustment of flexion, extension, and speed. This Prima Advance comes with washable, toweling pads.
Indications
- Articular Cartilage: Following microfacture, OATS, and mosaicplasty procedures
- ACL: To reduce inflammation, pain, swelling, and following ACL reconstruction
- TKA: To reduce pain and swelling, accelerate rehabilitation, improve compliance, and lead to fewer complications and the potential for additional surgical intervention with procedures such as manipulations and debridements of stiff joints
Features & Benefits
- Progressive ROM – Eliminates time-consuming adjustments by automatically increasing daily ROM
- Oscillation Zone TM – allows more time spent in the “active” or “working” ROM
- FastBack TM – Accelerates through non-working ROM while knee spends more time in “active” ROM
- Comfort Zone TM – Addresses patient pain threshold by providing therapy at a reduced flexion angle limit
- Force Reversal safety feature allows the therapist to safely set the amount of passive force without causing unnecessary post-surgical pain or damage
- Ultra wide carriage
- Universal Left/Right design
- Patient compliance/usage meter
ROM Specs
- Knee Flexion: 120°
- Knee Extension: -10°
ELBOW CPM
The Elbow CPM provides anatomically correct passive motion of the elbow joint with or without synchronized pronation/supination of the forearm. It is convenient and easy to use in a bed or chair. Post-operative treatment using this device provides effective prevention of stiffness and loss of range of motion.
Indications
- Elbow release or debridement
- Removal/resection of heterotopic ossification
- Stabilized fractures of the elbow’
- Elbow arthroplasty
Features & Benefits
- Fully synchronized motors allow treatment parameters to be customized to meet patient’s specific therapy protocols
- Easy-to-use hand control for storing treatment data on memory chip card
- Independent control of ROM parameters for Flexion/Extension with or without Pronation/Supination
- True physiological movements with the greatest ROM
- Free-floating handpiece allows for proper tracking throughout full ROM without jamming/distraction of elbow joint
- Anatomically correct adjustment
- Lightweight and easy to transport
ROM Specs
- Extension/Flexion: -5 – 140°
- Pronation/Supination: -90-90°
